摘要
采用作业条件危险性评价方法对我国乳化炸药生产线中螺杆泵泵送工序的潜在危险性进行宏观判断,并将现行安全技术措施的应用情况与相关危险分级标准相对应,发现潜在危险性的消除或降低程度不均衡。一种安全技术措施只能对应个别和部分故障类型,为基本消除或显著降低潜在危险性,应通过模拟试验系统深入地了解危险特性并采用针对性的安全技术措施组合。
The potential risk of pumping emulsion explosive is estimated macroscopically using job risk analysis, the application of actual safety technical measures and correlative hazardous classification criterion are compared. The results show that the degree of eliminating or depressing of potential risk of pumping emulsion explosive are unbalanced among the emulsion explosive lines. A kind of safety technical step only applies to partial types of malfunction. In order to eliminate or reduce the potential risk of pumping emulsion explosive, it is necessary to understand the risk eharaeteristic by simulating test system, and to use special assembles of technical step.
