摘要
介绍了高喷射压力时不同网格划分的精度对仿真结果中喷雾形态的发展及喷雾贯穿距离以及索特平均直径(SMD)的影响。结果证明,高压喷射情况下,喷油嘴附近的单元尺寸为喷孔直径的5倍~6倍时与试验结果一致,而SMD对网格精度不敏感。
In this paper, introduced the influence of the mesh density simulated at high injection pressure, such as, spray shade developing, Spray Penetration and Sauter Mean Diametcr(SMD), and indicated Spray Penetration accord test result when appropriate mesh density closed of nozzle is 5 to 6 multiple of the nozzle diameter at high injection pressure. But mesh density influence Sauter Mean Diameter little.
