Analysis of Dynamic Character of Tunneling Shield Machine

盾构的推进是一个复杂的时变过程,很难用力学和数学的方法精确描述。通过对盾构推进时姿态变化的特性进行分析,提出了一种以一系列平衡状态来模拟盾构推进过程的方法,以平面有限元为例说明了该模拟方法的数值实现,并对一实例进行了计算,结果表明了该方法的有效性。

Shield machine tunneling is a complicated process. It is difficult to describe this process exactly by mecbamical and mathematical methods. On the basis of expounding the status of tunneling shield machine, a simulative method that can describe the direction variation of shield machine is presented. Regarding FEM as example, the numerical application of this method is illustrated. The simulative result shows that this method is an effective one.
