摘要
微波萃取技术是近年来发展较快的一种新型提取技术,与传统的天然药物活性成分提取方式相比,具有方便、省时、能耗少、有效成分得率高、选择性强和适于工业化生产等优点,因而越来越得到相关领域研究人员的关注。作者阐述了微波萃取技术在天然产物活性成分提取中的研究现状以及发展前景。
Microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) is a new extracting method, which has been developed rapidly in recent years.
