摘要
以钛酸丁酯为原料,用醇盐水解法制备掺杂SiO_2纳米TiO_2粉体,用陶瓷附载掺杂纳米TiO_2制备复合材料。XRD、SEM和TEM研究结果表明,SiO_2掺杂能有效阻止TiO_2从锐钛矿型向金红石型的转变和晶粒的长大,使TiO_2与陶瓷结合更紧密。用掺杂纳米TiO_2粉体及复合材料对甲基橙的降解率来表征其光解性能,SiO_2掺杂TiO_2粉体及复合材料在850℃高温处理后依然具有较好的光催化活性。
The nanosized titania particles were prepared from (TiOC4H9)4 by hydrolysis alkoxides processing, and SiO2 doped nanosized TiO2, and composite material of ceramics were prepared from loaded nanosized SiO2 doped titania particles. The results of TiO2' s XRD, SEM and TEM analysis showed that: preventing the alteration of TiO2 crystal particle from anatase to futile and the increasing of it's particle size by doping of SiO2, so TiO2 firmly adhered to ceramics. To show the photocatalytic perfermence of TiO2 is indicated by the effectively of degradation of methyl orange, nanosized SiO2 doped TiO2 and composite material of ceramics have quite good photocatalytic activity by 850℃ preparation.
