Preparation technology and industrialization production of nanometer TiO_2 using metatitanic acid as raw material

介绍了以硫酸法TiO2生产过程中的中间产物偏钛酸为原料,采用直接沉淀法和均匀沉淀法制备纳米TiO2的方法,研究了相关的工艺过程及反应条件,对均匀沉淀法工业生产纳米TiO2的方法、存在的问题及解决方案进行了讨论,为进一步工业化生产打下了基础。

The preparation of nanometer TiO2 by direct precipitation method and homogeneous precipitation method with metatitanic acid as the raw material ,which is a semifinished product during the production of TiO2 by sulfuric method, were described in this paper. The relative process and reaction condition were studied. Problems and solutions of homogeneous precipitation method in commercial production were discussed and which will be the base of further industrialization production.
