摘要
进行了一种复合催化剂的制备,并应用于热解法降解PVC的过程中,且取得了较好的效果。经过一系列的筛选,发现含有FeSO4的工业废渣经高温焙烧后和SCZ-G固体酸催化剂均有很好的催化脱氯效果。通过实验得出:含FeSO4的工业废渣经600℃焙烧5 h与SCZ-G固体酸(550℃、0.75 mol)以质量比4∶1混合得到的复合催化剂效果最好,在360℃时脱氯率可达91%。
A kind of composite catalyst which was used in degradation of PVC by pyrolysising was presented and got a favorable result. Through a series of screening, we found that industrial waste residue including FeSO4 which was calcinated and SCZ-G solid acid catalyst had fine dechlorination. The industrial waste residue containing FeSO4 which was calcinated 5 h at 600℃ was compound with SCZ-G solid acid catalyst (550℃ ,0.75 mol)at the proportion 4:1 got the best effect of dechlorinate. The ratio of the dechlorination can reach 91% at 360℃.
