摘要
研究了用2,4,6-三硝基氯苯与水合肼反应合成2,4,6-三硝基苯肼的方法,产品与文献值一致,这是一个简单实用的方法。通过正交实验,对工艺条件进行优化,得到较优的工艺参数:三硝基氯苯:水合肼(摩尔比)=0.8,滴加速度0.02mL/min,反应温度8~10℃,收率达84.1%。
2,4,6-Trinitrophenylhydrazine was synthesized by picryl chloride and hydrazine hydrate. Properties of product is similar with literature. The present paper provided a simple and convenient method. The process was optimized by orthogonal experiment and a better synthetic condition was obtained. The results showed that mole ratio of picryl chloride to hydrazine hydrate was 0.8, adding velocity was 0.02 mL /rain,temperature was 8 - 10℃ ,the yield of product was 84.1%.
