Application of Clinsulf-DO Sulfur Recovery Technology

长庆气田第一净化厂从德国Linde公司引进了一套采用C linsulf-DO工艺的硫磺回收装置,用于处理MDEA溶液脱硫装置产生的酸气。装置于2004年5月初投产,生产运行情况良好,实际硫回收率在90%以上,装置排放尾气达到国家相关环保排放标准。该工艺装置的成功应用,对我国天然气行业硫回收技术的发展具有一定的参考价值。

A set of sulfur recovery unit was introduced in the First Natural Gas Processing Plant of Changqing Gasfield,which adopted Clinsulf-DO technology,from Linde Company in German.It is suitable for lean acid gas treatment,which comes from MDEA solution desulfurizing units.Since put into production in May 2004,the unit performed well,actual sulfur-recovering efficiency is 90% above,moreover,the tail gas from unit meets the related environmental emission standard of nation.The successful application of the process has some reference significance for the development of sulfur-recovery technology in domestic natural gas industry.
