辽河稠油中胶质在催化水热裂解反应中的降解 被引量:13

摘要 以(NH4)6Mo7O24.4H2O为催化剂,将辽河稠油中的胶质与水按31的质量比混合,反应温度为240℃,反应时间为24 h,催化剂加入量为0.3%(ω)时,可使辽河稠油胶质降解40%以上。降解的原因除了C-S键断裂以外,还有胶质中稠环芳烃之间的桥键和稠环芳烃的支链中β位的C-C键断裂,而且后者是胶质在催化水热裂解反应中降解的主要原因。 The change of the resin in Liaohe heavy oil during catalytic aquathermolysis reaction was studied using(NH_4)_6Mo_7O_(24)·4H_2O as catalyst in this paper.The resin can be degraded about 40% during aquathermolysis reaction with 0.3wt%(NH_4)_6Mo_7O_(24)·4H_2O as catalyst at 240℃,24 h.The degradation of the resin is due to the C-S bond breaking and β C-C bridge bond breaking and branching bond breaking on fused polycyclic hydrocarbons,and the later is the main contributor.
