In power grid dispatching automation system, in order to rccovcr from systcm faults as soon as possible, the backup and recovery of system and data are very important. In combination with thc actual application of the dispatching automation systcm in Shcnzhen power grid, the strategy of backup and recovery for dispatching automation system based on OpcnVMS is expounded, and a convenient, practical realization scheme is offered. The implementation of the scheme has highly improved the dependability of the system.
