离子交换—原子荧光法测定地砷病区饮水中砷形态 被引量:5

摘要 本文用离子交换树指柱分离,以氢化物原子荧法测定,建立了地砷病病区饮水中不同砷形态的分离测定方法;并对水样的保存条件和形态砷的分离条件进行了探讨。本法对不同形态砷的分离效果好,方法简便,变异系数在5%左右,回收率为85%~105%。对As(Ⅲ)、As(Ⅴ)、MMA和DMA的检出限分别为0.9、0.8、2.0、1.0g/ml,各形态砷的测定在0~200ng/ml范围内线性良好,适合于地砷病病区饮水中形态砷测定。 In this paper,an analytical method for these four arsenic species in water sample was developed, in which the species of arsenic were determined by Atomic-Fluorescence Spectrometer after separation of the species by ion-exchange chromatography. The preservation of water samples was studied as well. Coefficients of variation of this method for all four arsenic species were about 5%. The recoveries were 85-10%. The detection limits of As( Ⅲ ) , As( Ⅴ ) ,MMA and DMA were 0. 9,0. 8,2. 0 and 1. 0ng/ml,respectively. The analytical linear range was 0-200ng/ml. Since this method was easy to operate,the separation was efficient and the result was reliable,it was suitable for determination of arsenic species in the water of endemic arsenism area.
