摘要
目的:应用综合评价法面向基层评价、筛选公共卫生技术。方法:在综合评价前,应用专家小组讨论法确定技术评估指标,采用专家直接赋值法对技术进行评分,选取线性加权模型“合成”数据。结果:得到公共卫生技术的综合评价排序。结论:综合评价是公共卫生技术评价和筛选较为理想的方法。
Objective： Applying comprehensive evaluation to accessing and selecting public health technology for grass roots levels. Methods： Based on a series of indicators created through expert group discussion for comprehensive evaluation, Scores of each technology were obtained through expert consultation. Linear-weighted model was used in synthesizing data. Results： Comprehensive scores and their orders of the technologies assessed were obtained, Conclusion： The comprehensive evaluation is an ideal method for public health technology assessment.
