摘要
根据啤酒生产废水产生源分析,啤酒生产废水中主要污染因子COD浓度约为2250mg/L,其BOD∶COD比值一般在0.67-0.8之间,大于0.3,具有良好的生化性。针对废水这一特点,提出了采用CASS法处理该啤酒生产污水,结果表明该治理工艺技术可行,经济合理,可实现啤酒生产废水达标排放,处理后该啤酒废水达到DB21-60-89《辽宁省污水与废气排放标准》要求。
According to the analysis of brewery wastewater ,sources in one beer production line, it was known that the main pollutant in mentioned brew house is COD with concentration of 2 250 mg/L and the ratio of BOD to COD ranging from 0.67 to 0.8. by reason of the ratio of BOD to COD greater than 0.3, the brewery wastewater has upstanding conditions for biochemical purification, aiming at the upstanding condition the wastewater treatment process of CASS was proposed, the result shows that its process engineering is reasonable with significant economic henefits to satisfy the LiaoNing local standard on discharge of wastewater and exhaust gases (DB21-60-89).
