输尿管镜治疗输尿管结石失败原因分析及并发症的防治措施

Reasons of Failed Ureteroscopy Operation for Ureteral Calculi and the Management of Complication

目的探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石失败原因和并发症的防治对策。方法对南华大学附二医院1999年1月-2003年10月所做的370例输尿管镜技术治疗输尿管结石的失败原因和并发症进行回顾性分析。结果术中输尿管穿孔10例，10例结石落入肾盂，出血20例．输尿管粘膜撕脱2例，术后肾绞痛发作8例。结论熟练的技术操作及严格掌握手术适应症是减少输尿管镜技术失败和并发症的关键。

Objective To find the reasons of failed ureteroscopy operation and explore the management to reduce the complication of ureteroscopy operation. Methods 370 patients of ureteroscopy（from January , 1999 to October ,2003） were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of all the cases, 15 cases was failure, 10 cases＇ ureteral calculi came in kidney, 10 cases was ureterodialysis, 20 cases was ureterorrhagia , 8 cases of pest - operation nephrocolic occurred and 2 cases was ureteral mucoss evulsion. Conclusions The skilled operation and the strict grasp of indication is the key to reducing complication and failure.
