摘要
目前国内尚没有客运专线客运服务信息系统的设计及应用实例,本文结合相关客运专线工程情况,对其进行研究和探讨,旨在提出一套系统整体解决方案；文章通过详细分析客运专线的用户需求,研究了客运专线客运服务信息系统的构成及功能,提出了具体的工程设计技术方案；本文提出的设计方案,为客运专线客运服务信息系统的设计和建设提供了有益的参考。
At present, there are no design and application cases of information system （IS） used for special railway for passenger traffic （SRPT） in our country. With the aim to give an integrated system solution, the paper discusses and researches the system by referring to the related railway projects of SRPT, discusses the constitution and function of IS of SRPT through detailed analysis of demands of SRPT users and brings forward the technical scheme of the specific engineering design. The design scheme suggested in the paper provides helpful references for the design and construction of SRPT information system.
