摘要
目的讨论低温所致烧伤创面的治疗。方法采用手术治疗,依据具体创面情况选择皮瓣修复或者植皮手术。结果手术治疗后,外形及功能基本恢复正常。结论低温烧伤多发生在寒冷的北方冬季,多由病人感觉迟钝的前提下所致,所以对高危人群的宣教是非常重要的。
Objective To discuss the treatment of burning surface caused by low grade heat. Methods The operative procedure was performed according to the condition of patient with flap or transplantation. Results The outlook of surface and function had been nearly normal. Conclusion The low grade heat bum could be common in northern winter. The announcement and education might be most important for high risk group under insensitivity.
