摘要
目的探讨以腹痛为首发症状的儿童过敏性紫癜（HSP）的临床特点。方法对1995-05～2004-12，我院收治以腹痛为首发症状的儿童过敏性紫癜21例的临床特点进行回顾性分析。结果在未出现典型皮肤紫癜前往往被误诊。结论本文提示：如果遇到不明原因，以上腹部或脐周为主、无固定压痛点的腹部压痛，且腹部症状与体征不甚符合，又无皮疹出现时，应想到该病可能。
Objective To discuss the hypersensitive purpura of children with main symptom of abdominal pain. Methods 21 eases of such patient were treated in our hospital from 1995 to 2004 and the materials were analyzed retrospectively. Results The misdiagnosis was common before the typical purpura present. Conclusion The abdominal pain especially epigastrie or peri - umbilical or tenderness might be possible for lISP that without available signs.
