改良分流术治疗脑积水30例

Hydrocephalus Treatment with Improved Bypass

目的探讨改良分流术治疗脑积水的效果。方法对30例脑积水病人，经CT扫描后，在综合治疗的基础上，行侧脑室——腹腔分流术。结果本组30例病人经分流术后，头痛、呕吐等颅压高的症状均减轻或消失，意识状态明显改善，1周后CT复查脑积水明显减少6-30个月，症状完全缓解或治愈。结论改良分流术治疗脑积水疗效快，效果确切。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of improved bypass method to treat hydrocephalus. Methods 30 cases of such patient confirmed with CT scan and based on complex therapy were treated with bypass of lateral ventricle - abdomen. Results The clinical symptom （headache, vomiting） relieved or disappeared after operation and conscious state was improved. The hydrocephalus decreased after 1 week Ct detection and 6 - 30 months cured. Conclusion The improve bypass of ventricle - abdomen might be effective perfectly to treat hydrocephalus.
