摘要
规范的法人治理结构是现代企业制度的核心。本文分析了我国上市公司股权结构的主要特征和由此而导致的我国法人治理结构存在的主要问题,并针对存在的问题提出了完善我国上市公司法人治理结构的对策和建议。
The standardized corporate governance is the core part of contemporary corporate institution. This paper analyzes the main characteristics of the ownership structure of listed companies and the major problems of corporate governance structure that stem from it. This paper also gives adviees of improving the corporate governance structure to solve the existing problems.
