摘要
本文结合色织企业的特点,对核心竞争力的分析与评价进行了深入研究,提出了核心竞争力的三个分析维度及其指标体系以及分析模型和评价方法。本文将企业能力划分为基本能力、亚核心能力、核心能力三个层次,并将三个层次与三个分析维度相结合,提出了核心竞争力层次—维度结构以及用于进行企业能力层次评价、分析与判定的物元模型。
On the basis of the dyeing and weaving corporations' characters, this paper has studied the analysis and evaluation of core competence deeply and put forward the dimensionality and index system for the core competence's analysis. This paper has also divided the core competence into three layers and given out the Dimensional - Hierarchical structure of core competence through combining the analysis dimensionalities with the layers. At last, the model is described to evaluate, analyze and judge the corporation's competence.
