摘要
文章分析了当前中国企业管理实践中存在的员工压力问题,对员工压力的内涵、来源以及对员工和组织的影响进行总结,并提出组织实施压力管理的思路。
The article points out the serious employee pressure problem existing in enterprise management now, and analyzes the origin of employee pressure and the effects it brings on employee and organization. At last, it puts forward some suggestions to the operation of employee pressure management.
