挪威当前教师教育改革评析 被引量:2

摘要 在经济全球化和欧洲一体化的推动下,2003年挪威开始实施新的教师教育改革方案,这是挪威教师教育迈向标准化、学术化、整合化、专业化的一次努力。在目标管理和新自由主义行政理念的指引下,此次改革突出了绩效制度、机构自治和学生自由。在挪威教师教育改革的话语中,三种合理性依据(实证、绩效、政治)和三重对立关系(中央集权与地方自治、学术知识与经验知识、工具价值和文化价值)既受到其文化传统的影响,又受到全球化力量的形塑。
