摘要
在中国,技术工人短缺,特别是中、高级技术工人短缺的现象十分严重,其中的原因错综复杂,但计划经济体制的影响是根本原因。要解决这一问题,必须进一步提高市场化程度,充分依靠市场这只“看不见的手”来纠正技工短缺的现状。
The shortage of technicians specially the high- level technicians is very serious in China. The reasons for the shortage are complicated. Among them the influence of planned economic system is the basic one. The market economy should be strengthened and we should rely on the market - ＂the invisible hand＂ - to solve this problem.
