摘要
强势语言对其他语言的同化是语言发展的基本规律,表现为经济强势同化、政治强势同化、文化强势同化和教育强势同化等形式。通用语言、强势语言发挥着科学技术一样的先进生产力作用。在信息化社会里,通用语言、强势语言发挥着与信息技术一样的先进生产力作用。在中国,要大力提升普通话的语言生产力,充分利用语言强势同化规律,加快普通话的普及进程。
A strong language＇ s assimilation of other languages is a basic law of language development. Assimilation is manifested in the form of economic assimilation, political assimilation, cultural assimilation and educational assimilation. Language, strong or not, plays the role of advanced production force as science and technology does. In an information society, general language and strong language both play the role of advanced production force as information technology does. In China, we should promote the language production force of ＂Putonghua＂（普通话）, make full use of a strong language＇s law of assimilation and quicken the process of popularizing ＂Putonghua＂.
