The Retail Stores' Competitive Location Problem with Retail Regional Saturation

摘要 零售网点的选址在零售业经营决策中占有至关重要的地位。研究了零售网点选址的两个关键影响因素,即零售引力法则和零售饱和指数;综合分析了两个因素对零售网点选址决策的影响。在考虑零售引力法则和零售饱和度的基础上,建立了竞争型零售网点选址的二次规划模型,并给出MaX-Min蚂蚁算法,最后通过具体的算例与全枚举法作了比较。结果表明,该模型和算法可以用于零售网点的选址决策中,并能够有效地得到问题的近似解。 The retail stores location decision is vital for the retail management. This paper first analyzed two effective factors, rule of gravitation and retail regional saturation, then formulated the retail stores' competitive location quadratic model with retail regional saturation. The maX-min ant algorithm to solve this model was developed and computational experiment was described by comparing maX-min ant algorithm with enumeration, it shows that this model and algorithm can apply to retail stores' location decision, and can efficiently obtain an approximate solution.
