摘要
在分析企业核心竞争力与业务流程再造关系的基础上,提出了基于核心竞争力的业务流程再造模式。在这个模式中运用六西格玛项目选择原理,建立了核心竞争力的分散要素与业务流程环节之间的相关矩阵,对影响核心竞争力的业务流程环节进行综合评价,并进行优先排序,然后企业根据实际条件选择出要再造的核心流程。以实际企业为案例验证了此方法。
A BPR model based on core competition is put forward, according to the analysis of connections between enterprises' core competition and BPR. In this model, by using the six sigma choosing item theory a correlation matrix of dispersed factors of core competition and business processes is established. Then, business processes which influence the core competition are evaluated, and orders are placed according to their importance, so that enterprises could choose those processes to be reengineered. In the end, the method is verified by an example of an enterprise.
