摘要
针对钢铁企业中典型的燃油三段连续式加热炉控制参数中最为复杂的残氧量对象进行了研究,分析了残氧量控制对象的特性,为了保证燃烧过程处于合理的空燃比,起到节能降耗作用,本文重点介绍了在前期已投入运行的PLC控制系统基础上,增加了FUZZY-PID控制策略,以适应复杂的非线性控制对象。
It studies the most complicated remaining oxygen parameter for three sector continuous heat-up stove with heavy oil and analyses the nature of remaining oxygen parameter. To ensure the wind- heavy oil in a rational proportion and attain saving energy and reducing consume, It mainly introduces the adding control method of fuzzy PID of remaining oxygen in the base of the formerly PLC control system, in order to adapt the control object with complex and nonlinear.
