T─2毒素和低硒饲料对雏鸡关节软骨基质代谢损伤的病理观察

Pathological study on the effects of T 2 toxin and low selenium diet on the collagen and proteoglycan of chicken cartilage

用Ｔ－２毒素和低硒饲料喂养雏鸡，经组织化学方法观察软骨胶原和蛋白多糖含量的变化，结果发现，与对照组相比，低硒饲料组、Ｔ－２毒素组、Ｔ－２毒素加低硒组Ⅱ型胶原蛋白和硫酸软骨素、硫酸角质素含量均减少，Ⅰ型胶原含量增加，以Ｔ－２毒素加低硒组变化最为显著，低碱饲料组变化最小，而Ｔ－２毒素补硒组各项指标均接近正常。提示低硒和Ｔ－２毒素对软骨基质均有毒性作用，低硒能增强Ｔ－２毒素；硒；胶原蛋白；软骨素；

The relative quantitative changes of collagen and proteoglycan in cartilage were studied with histochemistry method after feeding chickens with T 2 toxin and/or low selenium diet.The contents of collagen type Ⅱ,chondroitin sulphate and keratin sulphate decreased,while the contents of collagen type Ⅰ increased in low selenium group,T 2 toxin group and T 2 toxin plus low selenium group,as compared with the normal control group.The contents of collagen type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ,chondroitin sulphate and keratin sulphate in the high selenium plus T 2 toxin group all approximated to those of normal control group.The results demonstrate that both low selenium and T 2 toxin have toxic effects on cartilage,and the toxic effect of T 2 toxin is enhanced by low selenium.Increasing the selenium content in the food can antagonize the toxic effect of T 2 toxin on cartilage.
