摘要
本文采用临床症状自评量表(SCL-90),开展在学校体育中对大学生进行心理健康教育调查研究。结果表明,学校体育课和体育锻炼对改善大学生的心理健康状况起到了积极的作用,并且大学生上体育课和参加体育锻炼的时间越长,对心理健康水平的改善和提高越显著。
Through the research of The Self-report Symptom Inventory: Symptom Check List 90,the present study has measured health in dices of college students. The results indicate that physical education and physical exercises play a positive role in improving students' mental health. Moreover, the more one attends physical education and take part in exercise, the better his mental health level will be improved.
