摘要 为建立微槽道反应器上Cu/ZnO/CeO2/A l2O3四元涂层催化剂的本征动力学模型,在微环状反应器中对甲醇水蒸气重整反应进行了研究。结果表明:该反应可以利用甲醇水蒸气转化反应和甲醇分解反应作为独立反应平行进行的模型表示。经过数学变换,利用线性最小二乘法确定了模型参数,并进行了F统计检验,验证了其合理性。所获的动力学模型可为甲醇水蒸气重整微槽道反应器的数学模拟和优化奠定重要基础。 The intrinsic kinetics of methanol-steam reforming over Cu/ZnO/CeO/Al2O3 catalyst coatings was investigated in an annular micro-reactor that simulates the micro-channel reactor. Based on the experiment results, a parallel reaction model is employed, taking SRM and DE as independent reactions. The intrinsic kinetic equations were established and the parameters were estimated using a liner regression program which computes weighted least squares of the defined objects function. The developed equations will lay an important foundation of the designation and optimization of micro-channel reactors for hydrogen production.
