Transformation of Government Function: From Multi-perspective and Multi-discipline

时至今日,我国政府职能转变仍然严重滞后于改革开放和市场经济的发展。形成这种状况的原因是多方面的,其中一个重要原因是长期以来政府职能转变的研究基本上局限于经济学和行政管理学的视角与领域,而未能从多视角多学科去研究这一难题。从当前政府职能转变中存在的问题及其成因看,多视角多学科研究解决政府职能转变具有必然性和重要意义。

Nowadays, transformation of government function in our country has lagged behind. One of the important reasons which lead to this situation, is the study of transformation of government function has limited on the field of economics and administration management. This paper discussed the existing problems and its reasons in the process of government function transformation, and put forward the necessity and significance of study from multi-perspective and multi-discipline.
