摘要 通过对北京市燃气大楼三联供项目并网问题的探讨和分析,从技术角度讨论了分布式能源的电力并网不仅要从并网电气设备方面考虑,还要从整个电力系统考虑分布式小电源并网对电网的影响等问题.对于整个电力输配网络来说,分布式小电源对电网的影响应加以客观的分析和科学的计算,从而妥善地解决分布式小电源并网对电力系统的冲击问题.而作为供电部门,应积极为分布式小电源并网提供便利条件;同时国家相关电力部门应出台相关政策,鼓励和支持分布式小电源并网. By discussing and analyzing the project of Combined Cool, Heat and Power( CCHP)of Beijing Gas Group incorporating into power network, from the aspect of technology discuses that the electricity of distributed energy in -corporating into power network should not only consider electric equipments, but alto consider the effects of small distributed power on power network. For whole power transmission and distribution network, should analyze objectively and calculates scientifically the effect of small distributed power on power network, further resolve the impact of small distributed power incorporating into power network on power system. Power supply department shoud offer convenient conditions, national relevant electric department should publish relevant policy to encourage and support small distributed power incorporating into power network.
