摘要
对复杂电力系统的可靠性指标进行了研究.提出了反映用户需求的衡量电力系统连琐故障的确定性指标、概率性指标和综合指标.该指标以停电事故对用户造成影响的严重程度为准则,为连锁反应事故的定量评估提供了依据.
Studies the reliability index of complicated power system. Puts forward determinacy index, probability index and integrated index to reflect user＇s requirements in power system＇s cascading failures evaluation. These indexes take the effect degree of blackout on user as rule,offer the foundation for evaluating quantificationally cascading fail ures.
