摘要
研制了一种不锈钢针型组织传感器。以菠菜植物组织作为敏感材料,识别神经递质多巴胺。对传感器的最适温度、pH值、选择性等进行了讨论,其线性范围为8.0×10(-7)~1.6×10(-3)mol/L,检出下限为4.6×10(-7)mol/L,线性回归方程为Y=-6.33±0.305X,相关系数,r=0.998,响应时间小于38,寿命约为20~30d,在体实验结果较为满意。
A novel needle-type plant tissue-based biosensor was constructed.It can function not only as a sensor,but also as an acupuncture needle.The spinach tissue was used as sensing material to detect selectivey the neurotransmitter-Dopamine(DA).The linear range of the sensor is 8.0×10-7~1.6× 10-3mol/L,Good results were obtained when it was used in experiments in vivo.
