摘要
本文提出了一种环境中微量甚至痕量元素的测量方法。并用固相萃取、反相高效液相色谱、红外光谱联用技术建立了环境中微量的塑料增塑剂(邻苯二甲酸酯类)分析检测方法。研究了检测方法和条件,方法回收率在67%~100%之间,变异系数1.4%-8%之间。
A method for determination of Phathalic Acid Esters has been developed by solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography-infrared spectrography. The experimental conditions of SPE and the analytical conditions of HPLC was optimized. The PAEs separated by HPLC was analysed qualitatively with FTIR. The recoveries were from 67% to 100% and the relative standard deviation(RSDs) were from 1.4% - 8%. The method is fast, convenient, sensitive, solvent-free and suitable for the determination of PAEs in water.
