摘要
用不同来源EHF病毒毒株免疫家兔制备相应的抗血清,对各株病毒进行交叉免疫荧光测定和交叉中和试验,结果显示交叉免疫荧光法难以对我国不同来源病毒抗原性差异作出型别判断。交叉中和试验,根据同株与异株中和抗体滴度相差4倍的判断标准,可将病毒分为三个不同的类型:Ⅰ型(野鼠型):Chen、A_(96)、A_3及汉坦76-118;Ⅱ型(家鼠型):R_(22);Ⅲ型(中间型):H_(8205)、L_(99)。Ⅰ型抗体对Ⅱ型(R_(22))病毒与Ⅰ型病毒有相同的中和效力。反之,R_(22)(Ⅱ型)抗体对Ⅰ型病毒的中和滴度则低于同型的4倍;Ⅲ型L_(99)株兼有部份Ⅰ型及Ⅱ型病毒相同水平的中和抗体滴度,而H_(8205)株又缺乏Ⅱ型及Ⅰ型中另一些毒株有效中和能力。
Corresponding antisera of various strains of EHFV were used for cross immunofluorescent antibody technique and cross neutralization test to virus strains. The results showed that it was difficult to detect antigenic differences among various strains of EHFV by IFAT. However, according to the judgement criterion that neutralizing antibody titer to homologous strain is 4 times as high as that of heterogeneous strains, EHFV strains were divided into 3 types. EHF type Ⅰ viruses are Chen, A_(96), A_3 and Hantaan virus 76-118; EHF type Ⅱ virus is R_(22) strain; and EHF type Ⅲ(mediate type)viruses are H_(8205) and L_(99). Type Ⅰ antibody has the same neutralizing effect to R_(22) and type Ⅰ viruses But type Ⅰ viruses were neutralized in a lesser degree by type Ⅱ serum. L_(99) antiserum reacted to both type Ⅰ and Ⅱ viruses, while neutralizing effect of H_(8205) antiserum to type Ⅱ virus and some strain of type Ⅰ viruses was deficient.
