胎儿小肠壁内神经丛的发生

Development of the Plexuses in the Wall of the Small Inte tne of the Fetus

收集41例人胎十二指肠,10例空肠、回肠,在光镜下对人胎小肠肌间神经丛和粘膜下神经丛的发生进行观察。结果发现:第12周十二指肠即已出现肌间丛,粘膜下丛未见。第14周十二指肠出现粘膜下丛,靠近肌层分布。第15周十二指肠粘膜下丛可分为深层和表层。第16周空肠、回肠可见肌间丛,粘膜下丛出现,靠近肌层分布。此结果与Tam等报道基本相同,表明肠粘膜下神经丛比肠肌间神经丛发生晚,神经丛的发生,十二指肠先于空肠和回肠。

The duodenum of 41 fetuses, and the jejunum and the ileum of 10 fetuses were collected and observed under light microscopy on the development of the plexuses in their walls. It was found that the myenteric and submucosal plexuses of the duodenum appeared(?)in the 12-wk and the 14-wk old fetus respectively. The submucosal plexuses of the duodenum in the 15-wk old fetus were divided into deep layer adjacent to the muscle layer, and superficial layer. The myenteric and submucosal plexuses of the jejunum and the ileum appeared in the 16-wk old fetus, and their submucosal plexuses located near the muscle layer. The result of observation conformed to Tam's report. The submucosal plexuses in the small intestine did appear later than the myenteric plexuses, whiled the plexuses in the duodenum did appear earlier than those in the jejunum and the ileum.
