摘要
针对现有加工工艺的不足,提出了挤出机捏合块等线速磨削工艺;在对捏合块进行结构分析的基础上,以单位时间内等弧长磨削,建立了捏合块等线速磨削数学模型,用以计算砂轮中心运动轨迹和自动生成NC数控指令,经实际磨削试验,取得了较好的磨削效果。
In view of shortage of the existing manufacturing processes, this paper proposed a grinding craft on equal line speed for the extruder connecting block. On the basis of the structure analysis for the connecting block, an equal line speed grinding mathematical model is established by the equal arc length grinding in unit time to calculate the moving track of grinding wheel center, and to automatically produce the NC instruction codes. The practical grinding shows a better effect.
