摘要
在数控机床中,伺服系统是数控装置和机床本体的中间联接环节,是数控系统的重要组成部分。伺服系统接收来自伺服控制器的进给脉冲,经变换和放大后转化为机床工作台的位移,使工作台跟随指令脉冲移动。随着矢量变换理论的提出,以及微处理器技术、新型功率半导体元件、电动机永磁材料的发展和成本的降低,交流伺服电动机得到越来越广泛的应用,交流伺服系统已成为当今发展的主流。笔者研究了交流伺服系统的数学模型,该研究结果为伺服系统的动、静态性能分析提供了理论基础。
Servo system is the joint between the Numerical Control System and the Machine Tool. The pulses received from controller are amplified and transformed to make the servo platform moving. With the development of the Vector Transformation, Micro Processor, Power Semiconductor and the reduction of PMSM cost, AC servo has become more popular. This paper analyses the mathematical model, giving the theoretical basis for transient and steady performance analysis of servo system.
