深皮碗用曲面骨架织物的制备及性能研究

The Technics and Property of Curve Skeleton Materials for Rubber Bowl

针对深皮碗中曲面骨架材料的性能特点,提出一种新的思路和工艺手段,对纱线和织物设计、成型方法等进行了探索,制得了成型良好、性能符合要求的曲面骨架材料,同时提出了一种切实可行的曲面织物整体性能的检测方法。

This paper presents a new idea and technics for curve skeleton woven used in deep rubber bowl. Through the design of yarn, sheet woven and forming, well-formed curve skeleton materials are obtained, which have the mechanical property required, and a feasible test method for the whole mechanical property is presents.
