环氧化物水解酶的作用机制及应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 环氧化物水解酶是生物催化环氧化物领域中的一个新发现,这种生物催化剂能够制备具有多种光学活性环氧化物及其相应的二醇,是多种精细化学品和生物活性物质合成中的有效工具,具有极其广阔的应用前景。本文综述了环氧化物水解酶的研究进展、结构、催化特性、开发应用等。
