摘要
目的:建立测定栀子提取物中大孔吸附树脂残留甲苯、二甲苯、二乙烯基苯与苯乙烯含量的方法。方法:使用气相色谱法,采用DB.INNOWax毛细管柱,以氮气为载气.FID检测器,程序升温技术。结果:栀子提取物样品中,甲苯〈890mg/L,二甲苯〈2170mg/L,二乙烯基苯与苯乙烯均〈2000mg/L;在所考察的浓度范罔内线性关系良好,平均回收率在96.8%-104.4%,定量限为0.125—2.87mg/l。结论:该方法简便、灵敏度高,重复性好,结果准确,可用于栀子提取物的质量控制。
AIM : To establish the method of deternlining methylbenzene ,dimethylbenzene, divinylbenzene, and phenylethene in gardenia extract. METHODS: The GC system consisted of DB-INNOWax capillary chromatographic column, nitrogen as the carrier gas, and FID as the detector. RESULTS: Methylbenzene was less than 890 mg/L, dimethylbenzene 2 170 mg/L, divinylbenzene and phenylethene 2000 mg/L, vespectively in gardenia extract. The average recoveries were within 96.8% - 104.4%. The limits of detection were 0. 125 mg/L -2.87 mg/L. CONCLUSION: The method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible, and it can be used to control the quality of gardenia extract.
