共混型无钉包装物封口胶的研制

Development of a mixing type sealing adhesive for non-nails packing

介绍了无钉包装物封口胶的制备,不同原料、共混比例对于封口胶性能的影响。着重介绍其主成份EVA-BA共聚乳液的合成工艺,辅助材料的选择以及如何针对性地选用合适的配方来制备对于普通上光包装纸、复膜纸、UV包装纸的不同封口胶粘剂。

The preparation of a mixing type sealing adhesive for non-nails packing and the influence on the characteristic of the sealing adhesive under different raw materials and its different mixing proportion were introduced,the eopolymerization process of EVA -BA emulsion,selecting of auxiliary material and how to get the suitable formulation for the preparation of different sealing adhesives on common lacquering paper, film laminated paper and UV laequering paper for wrapping importantly were introduced.
