摘要
在体外批次培养试验中,在培养底物中添加胡麻籽使脂肪含量达4%~8%时有增加培养液中乙酸、丙酸、丁酸及总VFA(挥发性脂肪酸)浓度的趋势,但与对照组间差异不显著(P>0.05),使乙酸与丙酸比值显著降低(P<0.05);有降低纤毛虫数量的趋势;对培养液中pH值和氨氮(NH3-N)浓度的影响无明显规律。
In vitro fermentation experiment, the supplemention of linseed up diet fat proportion to 4%- 8% can reduce A:P ratio (P〈0.05), there is a increasing tendency of acetate, propionate, butyrate and total VFA of all linseed treatment, but the difference is not significant (P〉0.05); there is a decreasing tendency of infusorians' numbers; the effect on pH and NH3-N have not evident rules.
