摘要
以工业氧化铝溶胶为原料,通过凝胶先驱体低温制备α-Al2O3纳米粉。研究了晶种、相变添加剂和研磨方式对α-Al2O3相变的影响以及分散剂的种类对粉体粒度的影响。结果表明,加入晶种、相变添加剂并采用醇磨的方式可在800℃下得到α-Al2O3纳米粉,用聚乙二醇作分散剂可将其晶粒度降至26.7nm。
Nano α-Al2O3 powder was prepared at low temperatue using industrial alumina Sol as starting material. The effects of grain seed, additive (ZnF2) and milling methods on phase transformation of α-Al2O3 and the effect of kinds of disperants on the size of α-Al2O3 powders were studied. The results indicate that 26.7nm α-Al2O3 can be prepared at 800oC with the grain seed, additive (ZnF2) addition, with poly glycol as disperant and by using alcohol as milling medium.
