喷打用黑、黄色陶瓷表面装饰墨水的制备与性能 被引量:14

摘要 制备了两种与传统陶瓷表面装饰的新技术(喷墨打印装饰技术)配套的新型墨水—黑色与黄色陶瓷表面装饰墨水。它们以陶瓷颜料为基本着色料,用溶胶—凝胶法制备,以连续式喷墨打印墨水的质量标准为参照标准。经测试,所制墨水的电导率、表面张力、粘度等理化性能完全符合喷墨打印墨水的要求,适用喷墨打印陶瓷装饰工艺的需要。研究了pH值、反应温度、硝酸用量、煅烧温度等因素对黄色墨水性能的影响。黑色墨水制成时为红棕色,煅烧后为黑色。黄色墨水的制备与实验条件有关,在一定条件下,黄色墨水制成时颜色与煅烧后颜色均为黄色。 Preparation and physicochemical propreties of black and yellow surface decorate ceramic ink for jet-print forming has been investigated in this paper. They containing ceramic decorative components of pigments, prepared by sol-gel method (it has not been widely used in conventional ceramics decoration, such as glazed tile and dinner set). Its quality standard according as the quality standard of Continuous Ink- Jet Printing. Testing result showed that ours ink conform to standards of its physicochemical properties, such as conductance, surface tension, viscosity and so on. And then study the influence of its technological process factor, such as pH value ,reaction temperature, nitric acid dosage, aggloneration temperature. When the black ceramics decorative ink printed on ceramic, colour is red palm, But the colour is different after fired, the colour is black. The colour of yellow ink relates with experiment condition, in order condition, the colours of yellow ink is same after fired, the colour are all yellow.
