摘要
采用FLUENT软件对气烧明焰辊道窑烧嘴进行仿真计算,研究了其在烧成带内的燃烧工况,通过对不同烧嘴结构方案进行比较分析,筛选了一种更为节能的结构,同时也为今后烧嘴优化设计提供理论依据。
This paper carry out simulate calculation to roller kiln burner with FLUENT software, and study its combustion operating mode in firing zoom. Then filtrate a kind of burner structure with more energy-saving function by analyzing and comparing different structural schemes, and at the same time also offer theory basis for the burner optimization design in the future.
