摘要
通过对纤维筛分及蒸煮、漂白各项性能指标的综合分析,探讨了全秆红麻KP制浆用碱量的最优化问题。结果表明,对所研究的原料样品,用碱量18%时中长纤维含量最高、未漂浆及漂白浆的各项强度指标也最优。
Based on the fiber fractionation analysis, pulping and OHQP bleaching, the Na2O charge in kraft pulping of kenaf stalk was optimized. The result showed that the highest amount of the medium and long fibers, the best physical properties of the resultant pulp and OHQP bleached pulp could be obtained at a Na2O dosage of 18%.
