The Electric Control System of Rewinder Based on USS Protocol

采用西门子S7-200PLC和西门子的直流传动产品6RA70,以USS通讯方式实现了复卷机电气传动中的网络控制。

In this paper, a rewinder network control system based on USS communication protocol was introduced, in which the S7-200 PLC and DC driver 6RA70 of SIEMENS were applied. And the theories of load distribution of rewinder＇s back rollers and automatic tension control of the unwinder etc. in this system were also analyzed.
